Week 1. Reading labels and emotions- how to read and use food labels, whats a serving size and how many servings of each food group should you have per day, how do your emotions effect your eating and how to change that. Exercise tips
Week 2. Protein and water- the importance, whats a serving size and how many servings per day, where to get it, what to be aware of. Exercise tips
Week 3. Carbohydrates (simple and complex) and sugars (natural and artificial)- the importance, whats a serving size and how many servings per day, where to get it, what to be aware of. Exercise tips
Week 4. Fiber (soluble and unsoluble) and Fats and Oils- the importance, whats a serving size and how many servings per day, where to get it, what to be aware of. Exercise tips
Week 5. Vitamins and Minerals- water and fat soluble the importance, whats a serving size and how many servings per day, where to get it, what to be aware of. Getting them in your food and taking supplements. Exercise tips
Week 6. Maintenance- How to keep the weight loss going, what happens when you get to your goal weight? Self adjusting your work outs.
Participants will recieve a folder with-
a weight loss challenge/coaching agreement (goes over rules and what to expect plus a reciept of payment),
a personal accountability contract (a contract you sign for yourself that helps keep you motivated), a weight and measurement log (to keep track of progress),
a couple copies of the wellness evaluation (one to see where you started with notes, goal setting and one for the end to see how far you have come and what we can continue to work on),
6 quick food and exercise logs (to help you become aware of what you are really doing and to help you see what is in the food you have been eating so you can make better choices),
and a how much sheet (shows how many servings, calories and so on you need per day made personal just for you and your goals).
