        Looking for someone to help you through your weight loss?  Having a hard time motivating yourself?  I'm here for you!  Let's set goals, learn about nutrition and exercise, and talk about emotions and all the things you need to keep you motivated to look and feel your best.

    12 week course includes:

The program will begin with a wellness evaluation. We'll get you weighed and measured to see where we begin. We will set realistic goals and make a plan on how to achieve them. Each week I'll send you a lesson and ask you questions to see how you are doing and what we can work on. Each week you'll email me how your week went, your new weight and measurements and any questions or concerns you have.  You can contact me as much as you want during the week. I'm all yours for 12 weeks.  After the 12 weeks are up if you still need me we can go from there.
